“Art and Cuisine·Creative Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition” is a public art project completed by Professor Assadour Markarov and his graduate students in cooperation with Liulin Old Street in Xinyang, Henan. The exhibition combines the four major themes of public art, park movement, taste experience and humanistic environment into one, exploring the young pulse of Liulin Old Street and telling the unique intangible cultural heritage and local customs of Tofu Old Street. 10 young artists went deep into Liulin to investigate the intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship of local tofu making, and used this as a starting point for their creation. Their works bring a "flavorful" art and cultural experience to every friend who visits Liulin Old Street.
