Fibers in Ceramic · Artworks for Jingdezhen Shangnong Hotel

The first piece of Fibers in Ceramic

The artworks are created for Shangnong Hotel, and use natural and soft materials such as wool, cotton, linen, and paper to cleverly reconstruct the architectural texture of JINGDEZHEN IMPERIAL KILN and the artistic form of brick and tile arrangement, aiming to awaken the viewer's perception and resonance of Jingdezhen's profound historical heritage. The artworks reflect the essence of nature, selecting the deep red of bricks and tiles, the warm brown of soil and other tones with regional characteristics, telling the story of history through the changes in color and texture, as if making people touch the traces of time.

The second piece of Fibers in Ceramic

"Fibers in Ceramic" series with its unique texture and color, has created a vivid visual experience at the Shangnong Hotel. By giving new life to a variety of materials, making them interweave and collide in the space, it allows viewers to find a space where they can feel the whispers of history in a busy life, and reconstruct the aesthetic experience that connects human and nature, tradition and modernity.
